TRD machine offline

Recently, TRD-70D industrial and technological machine of SEMW successfully completed the offline production in the new product manufacturing base of Fujin Road, Baoshan District.

Since last year, the original manufacturing base of SEMW has been full-scale production. By April this year, the performance of all the operations of SEMW has increased, and the capacity can no longer meet the needs of market customers.

Gongxiugang, general manager of SEMW, said, “the most urgent thing SEMW has now is to give full play to increase production and expand production. So called production increase is to improve the utilization rate of equipment and explore potential capacity by strictly optimizing production management. The so-called expansion of production means further expansion of production capacity through the construction of new industrial bases and new production lines. “

In the first quarter of 2021, SEMW was in the three directions of “industrial layout, capacity upgrading and product leading”, leading the work. The production and use of the new base not only improves the production capacity and effect, but also is a strong driving force in the development of SEMW.

Semw new manufacturing base

SEMW new industrial base is located in 2655 Fujin Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, covering an area of 14500 m2. The base is mainly used for the assembly and commissioning of new all series products, including TRD series Trench cutting & Re-mixing Deep wall method equipment, CRD series Casing Rotator, SPR series crawler pile driving rig, HM series hydraulic pile hammer, D-series large diesel hammer and other series products. At present, the first TRD-70D machine has been offline and has been sent to Wuhan for delivery to customers.
